Milling robot HF 200

Hydraulic milling robot HF 200 for drain pipes is now even more versatile thanks to the development of the spatula unit.

Cracks and faulty pipe joints are milled with the HF 200. These faults can then be repaired once the spatula unit has been fitted to the robot.

The spatula unit’s tank is filled with a two-component epoxy resin in the operating vehicle using a mixer and squeezer.

The mixed epoxy resin is then squeezed out of the tank into the damaged area at the relevant place in the faulty drain pipe and smoothed out using the spatula.

The spatula unit can be fitted to all existing HF 200 robot systems, thus allowing our customers to use the HF 200 for an even wider range of applications with minimum additional investment.
