EL 300/600

Lateral inflow repair from 200–600 mm

The patented EL 300/600 – renovation system has been specially developed for the renovation of lateral inflows, and can also be used to fill disused pipes.

Once the system has been moved into position, the rubber sealing bag is inserted into the lateral pipe and the plate is pressed against the walls of the pipe.

The specially-developed material ERGELIT kanaltec CF is transported from the control vehicle through the supply hose into the damaged area. The quantity of material is adjusted in accordance with the nature of the respective damage. This means even large damages and heavy water infiltration can be repaired.

The robot unit and material have been approved by the DIBT (Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik, No. Z-42.3-372). The extremely stringent criteria of the VSA (Verband Schweizer Abwasser- und Gewässerschutzfachleute) have also been fulfilled.

The chemical resistance and tightness after 100 high-pressure cleaning procedures (120 bar/300 l) has been demonstrated. This corresponds to the theoretical exposure to 100 years of conduit operation.

The module «Hatset – inversion of top hat sections» enables the EL 300/600 to meet all customer requirements.
