HF 200

milling robot for 200–800 mm

The unique milling arm makes the hydraulic milling robot HF 200 an extremely flexible device. The unit is even ideal for egg-shaped sections.

The robot can simultaneously perform milling procedures on pipe walls and remove obstacles from its path.

Thanks to its ability to reach up to 500 mm into the house connection, the HF 200 is ideal for the optimum preparation of lateral inflow renovation or the removal of deposits from house connections.

The modular elements “milling robot HF 130” (130–300 mm) and the epoxy resin filling unit make the HF 200 robot a versatile renovation system. In addition, the HF 200 can also be used to place short liners in house connections.

The HF 200/HF 130 system, including all equipment assemblies, can be installed in small vehicles (Mercedes Sprinter 416 CDI), or alternatively at customer request in heavy goods vehicles. In either case, the service vehicle’s coupling device remains free to be used for other purposes.

In combination with the renovation unit EL 300/600 and the Hatset, all customer robot renovation requirements can be fulfilled.
