Rolf Peters, Technischer Vertrieb
As a loyal reader of our newspaper you recognised that Hächler AG Umwelttechnik is operating world wide.
Next to our sewer rehabilitation robots an important auxiliary service is a comprehensive customer service. This means we stand by our clients with help and advice at home and abroad. Of course personal assistance for demonstrations or appearances at exhibitions on-site are an including part.
On-site means we go to the place, where the client is located and in the case of Nuflow, we had to travel to the far away Australia.
We didn’t want to miss the golden opportunity to present the pneumatic milling robot Climb and the already established hydraulic milling robot HF 200 at Trenchless AstrialAsia in Melbourne.
What sounded very easy developed to a logistic masterpiece; intensive preliminary talks and careful scheduling, material and transport. It was important to check the compatibility of the Australian material with our robot systems. For this reason pieces of the Australian Nuflow pipes were sent to Switzerland.
After the paperwork, we started to provide, pack and forward our material from Europe to Australia.
Trenchless AustralAsia 2009 was the biggest national exhibition in the area of environmental technology. Most of the visitors were from Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
After the exhibition, we attended the meeting for the licence holder from the company Nuflow. There the participants got the chance to work with our new invented product, the pneumatic milling robot Climb. The fascination about the capability and the ease of operation was enormous.
Nuflow distributes materials for piping and is specialised in the area of house connections. Nuflow and Hächler AG Umwelttechnik are going both for the same goal. We like to have satisfied and capable customers, who we constantly support and train – world wide.
